Su álbum debut “In My Opinion” fue lanzado en 2011, y su segundo álbum de estudio “No Saint Out of Me” se publicó en 2013. A lo largo de su carrera, Nilsenha colaborado junto artistas como Armin van Buuren, Cosmic Gate y Fingerling.
